Those are usually funeral home limos. I do remember seeing an old tattered limo like that one day. It was a family car with multiple car seats in it, and a tarp on top of the roof. It was interesting to say the least.

I dont think it was a funeral home for there was no motorcade with police escort. If it was a funeral home with no motorcade, why would it be full of people?

Definitely without a shadow of a doubt a funeral limo. It even has the standard funeral flags on the hood.

Considering I've been around them for over 20 years I'd hope I could recognize a funeral limo when I see one ;)
